We started out the day attending the Lenexa Independence Day parade. It was a hot morning, but Meredith seemed to enjoy her first parade. We met Meg, Brad and Brady, along with other friends in downtown Lenexa to enjoy the celebration together.
We ended our day by joining Ian and Brian at Shawnee Mission Park for the firework show.
