We picked up a couple of small pumpkins when we were at the pumpkin patch yesterday so that we could paint them today. Max and Meredith both did a great job painting the pumpkins and were very proud of their finished work.
At Meredith's parent teacher conferences last week, her teacher informed me that Meredith is displaying advanced art skills. I have always been very proud and fond of her work, but didn't have much to compare it to. Hopefully we can continue to come up with creative ways to encourage our budding artist.
