Mer was invited to a birthday party for one of her classmates. Colin chose to have his party at the Blue Valley Rec complex. We started out playing with legos, eating some pizza and singing happy birthday in the activity room, then all of the kids did a group play session in their gymnastics center. The teacher started the kids with some racing activities on the floor.
Then they ran the obstacle course.
Followed by some fun free play in the center.
Mer is practicing her bear walk across the parallel bars.
They ended the party with some structured parachute play. Mer had a great time at the party and has been begging me every since to have her birthday party there.
