About five days ago, a few elves wrapped up the door to Meredith's room like a present and she has not been allowed to enter because of the large present in the room. She had the hardest time falling asleep on Christmas Eve in anticipation of Santa and opening the door to her room.
After checking to see if Santa came, she quickly directed her attention to what was in her room. She found her room had been painted, redecorated and had a few fun additions.
She was so excited. She cried. She hugged mommy and daddy several times. She told us "I just can't thank you enough." She barely came out of her room for the rest of the day.

After hours of playing, Meredith tucked herself in for a nap in her new chair.
